My Role: Chair 

 

Objective:  The main objective of the Etiquette Dinner is to learn advanced techniques of dining etiquette including: how to network over a meal, interview over a meal, and professionalism. 

 

Outcome: This semester (Spring 2016) 48 students dinned with 16 employers from different career paths. Students were able to make connections with other peers and employers, learn dinning and interview etiquette and have a free dinner at an upscale restaurant. 

 

Budget: This year the Etiquette Dinner was sponsored by Enterprise Rent A Car. We were awarded a grant in the amount of $2,500. This gave us the ability to change the location, which made for a truer dinning expereience.
